a Branding + Website Update with Mosquito Masters Indy

Something I don’t do as often, but would like to… branding photos. Honestly, I may be biased, but having quality photos to display online as a small business is crucial in today’s world. In 2025, people have short attention spans. They want to see a great visual that will pull them in and get them interested in finding out more about your business. If you aren’t updating your photos, you simply won’t stand out. You also want to be personable. Sure, stock photos can be great, but they make you blend with every other brand out there. You want something tailored to your own brand. You NEED to stand out.

I know lots of small businesses put budgets for professional images on the back burner, but I want to encourage more locally owned and operated businesses to rethink this! I’d much rather go support a business when I can see images of the employees, owners, operations, or portfolios before I hire them.

It was a pleasure working with Mosquito Masters Indy to get them some fresh images to use on their site and social media. This was just a short mini session, but it got them a wide variety of pictures to update their online presence.

I can’t wait to see their site in the coming weeks as they work on implementing these gorgeous photos!

I notice a huge reduction in all bugs and never a single mosquito bite while I’m outside my house. It’s strange going to sessions or other peoples houses and getting bit in the evening now! You’ll know when it’s the day or two before your next spray because even the amount of gnats you notice gets ridiculous!

While doing their photos, we chatted about how amazing a spray would be for event venues as well. I shoot weddings all summer and many Indiana venues have indoor/outdoor features and would benefit from snagging a seasonal package with them!
